Project Overview:
Purpose Driven Leadership is a supplemental workbook to guide youth and young adult participants through inspirational speaker Jerry Ervin’s in-person course. This workshop is made to help individuals find out why they are alive and begin to live it.
Specific Notes & Challenges:
The idea of “purpose” can be expressed in many different ways, depending on how the author tells the story. Our aim was to capture some of his content without giving everything away.
We needed to inspire and invite younger teenagers and young adults with imagery that would appeal to them, while also maintaining credibility with their parents, who would ultimately be the ones signing them up.
The target audience includes those who already see themselves as leaders, as well as those who are just beginning to recognize their leadership potential. The goal was to encourage both groups to grow in their leadership capabilities.
